Adding instructions
For general sterilization of the system, online methods can be used:
1. Calculate Tracea380 based on 400ppm;
2. Discharge the effluent and concentrated water into the wastewater;
3. Add Trasea380 to the RO system for 30 minutes, during which the produced water and concentrated water should be discharged into the wastewater;
4. Stop adding Trasea380, wash with clean water for 15 minutes, and continue to discharge RO effluent and concentrated water into the wastewater;
5. Add the RO system to offline (CIP) mode.
For the system, offline (CIP) joining method is adopted:
1. Switch RO to CIP mode;
2. Add a certain amount of water to the cleaning tank and add Trasea380 to achieve a concentration of 400ppm;
3. Cycle for 45-60 minutes;
4. After stopping, thoroughly flush the system with desalinated water.

Trsea380 is a broad-spectrum biological inhibitor that can effectively kill bacteria at low dosage limits without the need for special pH control.
Trasea380 is usually added during normal operation, once every week to two weeks. During the addition process, it is necessary to discharge the permeate water. The frequency of dosing is determined by the biological activity of water inflow, drainage, and permeability.
The mucosal contamination of the RO system is relatively mild, and Trsasea380 can also be used for offline cleaning.
