Steel plant: circulating water treatment, sludge dewatering

Urban sewage treatment plant: mainly used for municipal sludge dewatering, activated sludge treatment: generally using medium to high electricity, medium molecular weight cationic acrylamide.

Digestive sludge treatment: High charge cations (1 ‰ -2 ‰) are generally used.

Coal washing wastewater: coal slurry settling, layer slag settling, coal washing powder concentration filtration (2 ‰).

Leather industry wastewater treatment: pre-treatment of dehairing sulfur-containing wastewater, recovery of oily wastewater, recovery of chromium containing wastewater, and comprehensive leather wastewater treatment, commonly used coagulation sedimentation or coagulation air flotation machines.

Beer and monosodium glutamate industrial wastewater treatment: Beer wastewater mainly contains sugars and alcohols, and the concentration of organic matter is relatively high. The biodegradability of beer wastewater is good, and aerobic and anaerobic biological treatment processes are usually used.

The production of monosodium glutamate is mainly based on starch hydrolyzed sugars, using the production process of wheezing punishment. During the production process, three different concentrations of waste material water are produced.

1. High concentration wastewater comes from the mother liquor of glutamic acid extraction;

2. Medium concentration wastewater mainly consists of washing water and acid-base waste liquid from storage tanks in various production processes;
